Miguel R. Rovira, Esq. is a lawyer/business executive with over 12 year of management experience in diverse industries. In the past six years, Mr. Rovira has advised CEO’s, senior management and investors regarding strategic business planning, international marketing, and financial operations at companies such as Hercules Satellite Communications and Troy’s Systems, Inc. Mr. Rovira has successfully lead organizations through start-up, turnaround and aggressive growth campaigns. In addition to his domestic telecommunications experience, Mr. Rovira deployed 40 points-of-presence worldwide for an international Voice-over-the Internet company in record 18-months. Mr. Rovira has also provided legal advise to various IT and telecom entities in the Northern Virginia Technological corridor. After moving to Salt Lake City in January 2004, Mr. Rovira was hired as the Executive Director of the Utah Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. In July 2005, Governor Huntsman appointed Mr. Rovira as the Regional Director for Latin America and Canada in the Governor’s Office of Economic Development. Mr. Rovira holds Bachelors and Masters Degrees from Colgate University. He also obtained a Juris Doctor from George Washington University, The National Law Center, in Washington, D.C.
